Welcome to the Oregon Honey and Mead Festival!  We are delighted that you have chosen apply to be a part of the 2026 event!  Although submission of an application does not automatically guarantee acceptance, we hope to include all who apply.  This is an educational event.  It is appropriate to educate the community about the science of taste, how pollinators contribute to your product, and so forth

Application is open to any business, crafter, agricultural producer, community organization, non-profit or school.  We hope to accept all applicants but reserve the right to decline applications.  This may happen if space is limited, applications incomplete, products are inappropriate or fees unpaid.

We look at several things when considering vendor acceptance and these things include the degree to which the vendor incorporates honey, bee themed, agricultural and environmentally considerate products and values, the vendor's history with the Oregon Honey & Mead Festival and the degree to which the vendor provides environmental education.

Things you will need to have as an applicant:

If you are a food vendor  We welcome those whose product prominently features honey although the majority of food products will be provided by Edenvale.  If you have questions about whether your product qualifies, please call or text 541.951.5595 first.
