Vendor Application for the
Oregon Honey and Mead Festival
Saturday. June 4, 2022

Welcome to the Oregon Honey and Mead Festival!  We are delighted that you have chosen to be a part of the 2022 event!  Although submission of an application does not automatically guarantee acceptance, we hope to work with you!

Application is open to any business, crafter, food producer, agricultural producer, community organization, non-profit or school.  We hope to accept all applicants but reserve the right to decline applications.  This may happen if space is limited, applications incomplete, products are inappropriate or fees unpaid.

NO children will be allowed in areas designated for Alcohol sampling, sales, etc.

We look at several things when considering vendor acceptance and these things include the degree to which the vendor incorporates honey, bee themed, agricultural and environmentally considerate products and values, the vendor's history with the Oregon Honey Festival and the degree to which the vendor provides environmental education.


Things you will need to have as an applicant:

If you are a food vendor you will need to complete an application and provide evidence of county health department permits and sellers' permits (as applicableand liability insurance.   We need these by May 4, 2022 with few exceptions.  You may submit them by filling out your application and uploading your documents.  To do so, click on the blue "Info and Application" button above. These "additional insureds" must be named on your liability insurance:

2.  City of Medford, Oregon, 411 W. 8th St., Medford Oregon 97504. 541.774.2405. 

3.  Craterian Theater at the Collier Center.  23 S. Central Avenue, Medford Oregon, 97501  541.779.3000

 

Mead makers or wine makers will complete an application, upload a completed Special Event Winery form as well as any required seller's permits and a copy of your liability insurance.  Do this via upload after clicking the blue "Info and Application" button (see above). We need these by May 4, 2022 with few exceptions. These "additional insureds" must be named on your liability insurance:

All vendors selling or displaying must complete an application and upload a copy of any required sellers permits/health department permits and insurance documentation (click the blue "Info and Application" button above to fill out form and upload documents).  We need these documents by May 4 with few exceptions.  These "additional insureds must appear on your liability insurance:

There will be no on-site sampling or give-aways without prior approval.  

Please bring with you everything you need; tables, chairs, tents, garbage containers, napkins, plates, wipes, hand sanitizer and so forth as we cannot supply these onsite.

There will be no refunds.  Set up may occur as early as 8:00AM on Saturday, June 4.  The event runs from 10AM to 5PM.  Take-down is from 5-6 PM and vendors are required to remove their own trash.  There will be limited electrical access in the Plaza.  


Please be prepared to bring any equipment (tent, tables, chairs, etc.) that you will need for the event.
